This isn't of much use as an occurence of the attribute mark, value mark or sub-value mark is not escaped in the output.
If a field has the value "This^breaks[every\thing" then it will break everything as the three mark characters are emitted un-escaped, so appear to be mark characters instead of unexceptional text.
Is there a way to escape the marks?
